Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Branding, will coordinate the cradle-to-grave execution of a number of creative executions across mass media touch points for the brand initiative. Manage complex timelines, work flow and priorities to ensure on time and flawless execution of all creative for enterprise wide needs. Facilitate execution of creative across multiple stakeholders, including community pillar, agency, enterprise, technical team and outside partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage production schedules for multiple projects in complex environment, ensuring that all creative deadlines are met
  2. Trafficking the creative thru multiple cross functional groups for getting feedback and ensuring accurate changes occur from all collected feedback and ensuring it’s properly archived
  3. Coordinate the workflow and assembly of assets (e.g. copy, images, documents) and maintain timing shifts throughout the duration of projects.
  4. Controls and tracks project performance by monitoring and evaluating project progress and conducting regular team-status meetings.
  5. Communicates scope/schedule variances to team and provides solutions for addressing change.
  6. Proofread materials for copy clarity, readability, trademarks, grammar, spelling, format, branding guidelines, legal guidelines, etc. 
  7. Provide design support for the department as needed (ie collateral, AltaMed TV etc.)
  8. Responsible for updating and maintaining brand style guides.
  9. Identify and research additional market/brand materials to support and reinforce brand strategies.
  10. Work collaboratively and effectively with other management staff and lines of business to achieve program/division and corporate goals.
  11. Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using branding and marketing resource materials.
  12. Provide status reports on brand efforts.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business field coupled with a minimum of two years of previous marketing/creative experience required.
  2. Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience.
  3. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  4. Health care background preferred.
  5. Experience working in a creative services or agency environment that is team-oriented, collaborative environment
