Under general supervision, performs the duties and responsibilities required to perform the job supporting BuenaCare’s clinical functions.


  1. Answers calls, provides information on program services and/or refers to appropriate staff members.
  2. Responsible for ordering office supplies.
  3. Completes daily work tasks for preparation of monthly reports.
  4. Prepare monthly billings and reconciliation for various Programs.
  5. Sorting of incoming mail.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must maintain current CPR/First Aid Training. (If not current, must obtain current CPR/First Aid Training within first six months of employment.)
