The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring delivery of best practice talent acquisition support across AltaMed. The Director participates in the development and execution of AltaMed’s recruiting strategy that is aligned with, leverages and reinforces AltaMed’s current and future business and growth strategies. Working in partnership with key business leaders and functions throughout the organization, this position will lead in the development, execution and anchoring of innovative sourcing and recruiting programs that will enable AltaMed to attract high quality talent for all areas of the organization and position AltaMed as an employer of choice.
The Director of Talent Acquisition oversees the Talent Acquisition Managers over recruiting and recruitment operations to ensure delivery of full cycle of talent acquisition services from pre-recruitment through recruitment intake, sourcing, assessment, interviewing and selection, up to orientation. This will include overseeing the development and management of recruitment channels, outreach efforts, branding and social media initiatives, AltaMed’s career site and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), hiring manager training and customer service, and candidate care. This will be accomplished partnering with stakeholders including client groups and HR functions such as HRBP’s, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Systems. The Director of Talent Acquisition is also responsible for overseeing vendor management and leading the development and execution of recruiting analytics and reporting.
