Prepares campaign effectiveness reports for management review and statistical analysis.
Performs market trend analysis and provides technical assistance related to community assessments, market studies, and other trend analysis related to the marketing activities of the HIV Services Marketing Department. Must continuously update knowledge and skills related tomarketing.
Review weekly, monthly and quarterly budget projections with Marketing management and staff to determine effectiveness and progress of marketing and outreach efforts.
Finalizes activity reports and provides analysis for VP of Marketing’s weekly review.
Develops program and market specific materials (including text and graphics) for submission to printing vendor. Also, responsible for developing and submitting new marketing materials. Manager will be responsible for ensuring brand and message continuity of marketing collateral.
Responsible for cultivating relationships, establishing network mainstreams, and ensuring that marketing materials promoting AltaMed’s HIV Services are delivered to strategic partners/affiliates, including community based organizations, Altamed IPA providers and local Chambers of Commerce.
Assists the HIV Services Marketing Department with conducting HIV Services Division presentations within our service area to various groups of people, including, but not limited to hospitals, schools, churches, social agencies, and other community resource centers, parks, etc.
Develops a management tool which fosters regular communication among cross functional team (marketing, HIV outreach staff and clinic staff/administrators).
Works closely with the VP of Marketing in achieving/exceeding the goals and objectives of the HIV Services Marketing Department including the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Interfaces with internal operational departments to effectively develop and execute all components of the marketing plan strategy.
Regularly monitors and reviews progress of direct reports to ensure that department goals and objectives are being met and staff is being held accountable for performance.
Responsible for identifying business development opportunities that will assist marketing department achieve annual goals and objectives.
Responsible for HIV Services month-end budget reconciliations and reports for marketing management team.
Recommends and upon approval, implements new policies, procedures and systems for the department which improve efficiency and effectiveness and minimize risk/loss.
Responsible for developing and executing new hire training, department cross training and department succession planning.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
