    Under the general direction of the Manager, Recruitment Operations, the Recruitment Analyst is responsible for the management of Talent Acquisition (TA) analytics and reporting for both direct and contingent hiring, including reports for TA, HR, Hiring Managers, business leaders, and ELT. This role leads the development and deployment of TA dashboard for tracking TA KPI’s and trends that drive TA strategic decisions, tracking TA initiatives through maintenance of the TA Operations Plan, and budget maintenance and tracking. Role is responsible for driving TA process efficiencies partnering with other areas of HR and AltaMed’s Process Improvement and Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO). Incumbent is responsible for managing and optimizing the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS), training hiring managers on the ATS, and providing overall customer support on the system.

    Responsibilities

    1. Identify, recommend, and develop enhancements to Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics process, methodology, and tools.
    2. Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Development, HRIS, Total Rewards and other HR areas to ensure that TA analytics are integrated with other HR data and reporting.
    3. Develop communications and presentations for key stakeholders (e.g., TA, HR, Hiring Managers, business leaders, and ELT).
    4. Develop and maintain standard tools, templates and reporting frameworks in support of TA, including development of TA dashboard.
    5. Develop weekly Key Hire, Aging Jobs and other reports for distribution to senior leaders.
    6. Develop standard and ad - hoc reports from ATS to facilitate business decisions.
    7. Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
    8. Support development of budgets and track monthly budget expenses vs. actuals, and complete variance analysis.
    9. Analyze Employee Survey results, interdepartmental survey feedback results, and present findings to TA leadership.
    10. Dedicated resources for TA Reporting & Analytics, including:   
        a. Provider, Nursing and other mission critical recruitment Reports
        b. Hiring Manager and Candidate Satisfaction
        c. Recruitment Channel Effectiveness and Cost-Per-Hire Report
        d. Talent Brand Analytics Reports
        e. TA Dashboard
        f.  Standard and ad-hoc reports to facilitate business decisions
    11. Leverage Strategic Workforce Planning and Workforce Development analytics and reporting to ensure staffing capacity for AltaMed.
    12. Manage reporting and analytics for contingent workforce (e.g., Temps, Per Diems, Locums, Registry, contractors, etc.)
    13. Drive recruitment process redesign and continuous improvement efforts.
    14. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. BA/BS Degree, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
    2. 3+ years experience driving an analytics and reporting function for an organization or department including creation and maintenance of dashboards.
    3. Prefer experience with an HR function but not required.
