Under the guidance of the Supervisor, Academic Partnerships, the Coordinator of Talent Acquisition will coordinate recruitment, selection, and placement of clinical and non-clinical experiential learning opportunities for pre-health professions students. The Coordinator of Talent Acquisition will facilitate recruitment activities and build intern candidate relationships. The Coordinator will support and maintain the selection process and coordinate onboarding and off boarding and placement of interns. The Coordinator will provide administrative, project management and logistical support throughout the intern process. The Coordinator will coordinate data collection and reporting, and maintain tracking and evaluation of student interns. The Coordinator will provide efficient, compliant customer service-oriented programs.
